NANOPROTECH ANTICOR PERFORMANCE TEST:
The Steel Coupons were subjected to salt fog exposure in accordance with the RTCA/DO-160G, Section 220.127.116.11, Category T, Severe Salt Fog test. The test hardware was exposed to forty-eight (48) hours of salt fog followed by a twenty-four (24) hour dry out, and then repeated once more. A visual examination of the test hardware after application of the salt fog environment revealed varying degrees of corrosion on some of the coupons. The test hardware was returned to the customer for evaluation following test completion.

Application areas: electronic devices, integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, antennas, navigation equipment, radars, sonar, controllers and the like.
Recommended directions for use: make sure to shake the can before use. Spray at the distance of 8-12 inches from the surface. After application on the surface, let the nanocoating rest for 10 minutes. If necessary, remove any excess spray. Wait for 24 hours to get the best protection.
Consumption: one can for 22 square feet. It is recommended to apply at a temperature range from – 4°F to +95°F. Functions at temperature range from – 112F to +320F.
